but i consider this a virtue

I've said before that this is the start of a new era, for Hirari. We're going to be bigger and better than ever.

Starting from february you're getting teams. There will be 3 Teams, H,R and Y. You will all be independant teams, only crossing over for singles, and for Waru/Fura. You guys will be team H.

In line with expansion, i've set up the units. Get involved with those if you want to. I want us to be actively uploading things to our account. Even if we're not perfect, we still want people to come back and listen to us a lot, so I think that'll help.

We need to focus on getting our quality up a little bit. I know some of you have invested in new mics, which is fantastic. Even if you can't go as far as that, just doing things like making sure your timing is accurate and your pitch is even helps. Little things can go a long long way.

I've created a box account and a mediafire account, for you guys to upload to if you wish. Rather than having to go through threads sifting things out, it'll be easier if everything if everything is in one place. When you have uploaded you can post in the relevant thread to say so.

if you would like access please pm me for it. I'm trusting you guys to take care of it. Don't give it out to anyone not in the group, and no sabotage of others lines, or the account in general. Once again, I trust you guys.

I'm also going to set up individual threads for everyone, so you can see what you're in, what you owe, and i can keep track of things too ^^

I don't think theres much else to say at this point, as ever, I'll update this thread as I need to.

Oh yey, I really want an active proyect (H*Y) because I want sing and sing and listening and listening~ the awesome things that H*Y can do.

I love H*Y with all my heart, I love sing although I'm not the greatest singer in the world, but I really love all of you and I love this group. That's the reason why I want to sing a lot, I'd like to do a lot of songs quickly~ I mean, The deadlines would be more close...not like a whole month or more than a month t_t
With preassure people work faster, that works for me xD

Speaking of new mics mine hasn't come in yet so everything I owe should be in by next weekend. I wa really looking forward to recording tonight too ;-;
